In addition to the diverse culture we saw, we noticed a lot of Japanese infusion. Apparently, Japan likes Nicaragua (for lack of a better term) so they donate a lot of technology to them for their own advancement. All of their computers had a Japanese logo on the backs of them and the windmill farms were sponsored by them, too. So in addition to the plantain and papaya plantations, there was a lot of Japanese influences infused.
